Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of VilyQ. They are written plainly — where something is a limitation, it is stated as one.
Scope
VilyQ is software as a service for managing mobile sales teams. Access is through a browser, with no installation. The service is provided by VilyQ to the company that registered an account (the “customer”).
Account and users
The customer creates an account and adds its employees. The customer is responsible for who has access, what permissions they are given, and for keeping passwords safe. Each user is an individual person — sharing one account between several people is not permitted, because it makes the audit log meaningless.
Trial period
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, with up to 3 representatives, 20 locations and 500 MB of files. The period can be extended by agreement — the request must be made in writing before it expires. After expiry, entering new data stops, but everything already entered remains accessible and can be exported to CSV.
Plans and pricing
After the trial: Starter is €49 per month or €470 per year. Professional is €149 per month or €1,430 per year. Enterprise is negotiated, without limits. Each plan's limits are measured in real time and shown in the app; when a limit is reached the corresponding action stops, while data already entered remains accessible.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. A monthly subscription renews every month and a yearly one every year, until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. If payment fails, access is restricted after a reasonable period and a warning, but data is not deleted immediately — see the termination section.
Termination
The customer may cancel at any time from within the app. Termination takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; amounts paid for the current period are not refunded. VilyQ may terminate for a material breach of these terms, after written warning and a reasonable period to remedy it.
The data belongs to the customer
Data the customer enters remains theirs. VilyQ acquires no rights over it and does not use it for purposes other than providing the service. The customer can export locations and items to CSV at any time. After termination the data remains available for export for 60 days, after which it is deleted. How it is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, for sending unsolicited messages, to attempt access to other parties' data, to overload the infrastructure, or for resale under another brand without written consent.
Availability and support
VilyQ makes reasonable efforts to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where downtime is expected. Support is by email, on business days. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
KriQ and automated suggestions
KriQ analyses the customer's data and proposes actions. Its suggestions are assistive, are not professional advice, and may be inaccurate. Nothing that changes data is executed automatically — a person must confirm. Decisions and responsibility for them remain with the customer.
Liability
VilyQ's liability for damages arising from the service is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the preceding 12 months. VilyQ is not liable for lost profits, lost orders or indirect damages. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, nor where the law does not permit limitation.
Changes
VilyQ may change the service and these terms. For a material change or a price change, customers are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. If the customer does not accept the change, they may terminate before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Sofia, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
